State Farm Insurance has hired an attorney to defend the claim that was reported to involve fluid contamination of three vehicles resulting in extensive damage to the safe operation of the braking systems, particulate matter and solvents added to the engine , transmission, power steering and a soapy substance identified in the engine coolant.
State Farm Insurance is using fraud as a defense for claims that are reported in good faith. Bad faith is all that I get from State Farm and I have conclusive evidence that there is fluid contamination in every sample sent to an independent laboratory. The person assigned to these claims was very distressed. The engines were not knocked down to be inspected and it became hostile when I informed him that the fluid was examined by a store that performs fluid tests in place.
State Farm has indicated that they want copies of all reports paid to me and has never attempted to remedy the situation or pay the expenses incurred as a result of the damages suffered due to criminal damages.
Every time I spoke with the claims agent, his behavior was harassing and he demanded that all damages suffered were due to normal wear and tear and were not associated with vandalism by someone who intentionally adds contaminants to all fluids with the intention of causing mechanical damage. that can cause a collision due to inoperative service brakes.
