Reaffirming its long-held position on the expansion of the welfare state, reality show star Donald Trump said he wants to "repeal and replace" Obamacare with universal medical care.
"Who is going to pay for that?" The 60-minute presenter Scott Pelley asked.
"The government is going to pay for that!" Trump assured.
Trump has registered support for socialized medicine since at least 2000. In his book, "The America We Mere," he wrote that "I am conservative on most issues, but a liberal on health … We must have universal health care.
